Table and Chair Rental

Exhibitors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and tents (if desired). The UCBPride Foundation orders tables and chairs for the event. If you would like to add to our order, you may rent one 6' table and two folding chairs for $25. Payment should be submitted along with your application.

After submitting the application form, you'll be taking to a separate page where you will be asked to:

Submit a payment. You may do so via credit card/electronic payment or via check.
Upload proof of insurance. Alternatively, you may email us to request a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.
Sponsors will be asked to upload a higher-resolution .jpg or .png logo.

Rule & Guidelines

By submitting this form, you agree that everyone in your party who participates: a) Is an ally to the Sexual and Gender Minority community, b) is not a hate group, c) adheres to the mission of the UCBPride Foundation.
Payments are due at the time of application. All payments are non-refundable except in the event that your organization/business is not selected, or in the case of our refundable deposit for food vendors.
Documentation of insurance or a signed waiver are required to participate in the Pride Festival and are due no later than September 1.
Participants agree to remain set up during the advertised duration of the festival.
Our event is a rain-or-shine event; refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
